Lemony's sister has to be moved to the alive column I think. He writes the books years after the events, but he writes current notes to her in the text, so she's alive.

Hey Icey, if you keep the list edited, we have the whole thing in one spot (hint, hint).
Expanding on list entries by the Veritable French Diner:
The Poes Arthur Polly Edgar Albert Eleanora
Last Chance General Store guys Lou the delivery guy Milt the shopkeer
Village of Fowl Devotee folks Mr. Lesko Mrs. Morrow The Verhoogens
Prufrock Prep teachers Mr. Remora Mrs. Bass
Assorted Babs Duchess of Winnipeg Geraldine Julienne Hal Justice Strauss Phil
Dead People Foreman Firstein Gustav Ike Anwhistle
Unknown Wart-faced man
Lastly, I'd argue to put Hector, Duncan, and Isidora into the alive column because they were alive the last we heard.

If the Quagmires are dead, then sooner or later, we're going to hear some proof.

Well, so far only the parents and Quigley have been reported dead, and we know that in Quigley's case the announcement was premature. Duncan and Isadora have sailed off in Deus ex Machina with Hector and are presumably alive at the time of TSS.
