Olaf may not care two cents about his deceased employees.But he's relatively polite to the ones who are alive.I mean,in TSS he said to his quarreling henchmen,"Must you bicker every morning?"Most villians,like Jafar from Aladdin and Captain Hook from Peter Pan,would have said,"Shut up,all you imbeciles!"
My therory is that if Olaf was rude to his henchmen,they'd leave him.

I think most of them like their jobs. Some of them, like the hook handed man or the niether man woman person, don't think they would be excepted or given jobs anywhere else. Even if they did hate Olaf I'm sure they feel kinda stuck, because where else would they go? THe white faced woman were normal except for all that powder, so they could leave.

Ya, but I mean if you think about it....Some of Olaf's "employees" are freakish....like some of the freaks in TCC.....Like the Hook Handed man...and the cross gender person [lol] and the powder faced women aren't that unusual, except for the fact that they are evil..
