I have figured out some of the intials but I need some help on some
Here are the ones i know for sure
B=Beatrice
H=Hector
O= Count Olaf
E= Esmé Squalor
Here are the ones I highly suspect but do not have any sure proof
L= Lemony Snicket
J= Jaqcues Snicket
I have no Idea on these
M= ??
R= ??
S= ??
K= ??
G= ??
I= I know this is a pronoun..not the firsts letter of the first name... (LSUA p. 33)
D= ??
Please Reply if you have any information on the ones I do not know.. Or any extra proof on the ones I know or suspect.

I isn't necessarily just a pronoun it could also be a name, Ike Anwhistle. Some of the initials could be the Baudelaire and Quagmire parents we know they were in VFD.

As much as we would like to believe that Lemony's real and that this isn't fiction, I'm afraid it's true, Handler=Snicket. Some say the R's are twins that replaced the Bauds @prufrock and were mentioned in Nero's letter. They were brought to VFD by K, but by that time wouldn't they have established their headquarters @ Mortmain?

Okay... I have here that:
J could be Jacob/Jake... except that Jacques first met him at headquarters so I was thinking... Josephine? Justice? Someone who's old enough to drink brandy, at any rate.
One of the Rs is 9 at the time... One is the Duchess of Winnipeg... could be the same one, maybe not.
L is Lemony (young)
K could be the Bauds's dad... he uses some Klausisms that may be hints.
D is Daniel Handler (he represents L... but L is there at this meeting so... yeah)
S is someone at Prufrock. I thought perhaps Sally Sebald.
Ther other J is Jacques.
As for the Neophytes, they never speak, but I think B is Beatrice, and L and J may be Lemony & Jacques (I'm not sure if they were yet old enough to be full members...)
G is Geraldine Julienne.
Olaf and Esmé are the non-members who pretend to be members.
H(ector) isn't actually mentionned as a VFD member, I think they just refer to everyone by their first initials... so... yeah.
That's all I've got.
