How do you think Count Olaf will get chaught, if at all? I don't think he will get chaught. He'll escape, but he won't return.

I hope he doesn't. HE NEEDS TO RUN FREE, LIKE A WILD STALLION, OR A BAD SIMILE.
Actually, he's probably going to get caught at the end of the series, because if he doesn't, everyone who likes the series will go "what the heck? He just runs free and totally doesn't get caught? I want my money back for every single piece of ASOUE-related anything ever!" (Even though the entire basis of the series is that it doesn't have a happy ending.) He might escape though...which would be a good compromise.

Nah, he won't get caught. He never does, never will. He has to be caught, there can't be a cliffhanger like that at the end of a 13 book series, they've got to get Olaf's fate out. Olaf will be caught, but someone close to the bauds <Quagcough!mires> will die making it a bittersweet ending. |

I reckon villiany will become out, but I think Esme will just leave him, not turn him in.

Why does it have to be comical? The series is pretty unfortunate. I think he'll definitely be caught at the end, probably by an effort from a united force of VFD members.
