That's "The Case of The Vegetarian Murderer". It's not sure if Beatrice was in that play, but she was in "The World is Quiet Here", and in a play about a murderer, assumed to be a vegetarian one. It seems that Beatrice/Mrs Baudelaire was an actress, and had a career in theater. The evidence is a little sketchy, but connects together in sort of a tenuous way.

If Beatrice is Mrs.Baudelare then where does Lemony come in? she is married to Mr.Baudelaire,

Let me clear that up. Lemony wanted to marry Beatrice, but she married Mr. Baudelaire and then perished in a terrible fire. If you belief that particular permutation of evidence, disregarding the "red herrings" which don't neccessarily falsify a clue, that's what you get.
