As an ASOUE character in real life: Lucafont. With all the benefits they have for the disabled now, I wouldn't be so badly off. Plus having hooks is awesome no matter how you cut it.

As an ASOUE character in the ASOUE world: Count Olaf. Hands-down the most powerful character. He's incapable of being caught, he's got the best posse ever, every other figure of authority is stupider than him, he's got a whip (I like whips), and is super mean and evil and wheeeee.
