As for me-

Lucafont- pretty much like this guy-

the guy they hired to play him in the movie. But with dark, curly hair and haunted eyes. Sort of...well, frightened isn't the word. I guess I cn only decribe it as the look you see in a dog that's been kicked too many times, and can't decide whether to cower or take your leg off.
In his trademark trenchcoat, of course.

The powder twins-
Tall and hauntingly beautiful, with black eyes and long hair, one a redhead and one a brunette. Dressed in expensive clothes but not really fashionable, like girls that came from serious money but spent it all on wine and china dolls.

[Uni-Brow]

Lucafont- I always imagined him to be well built, but elegant none-the-less, his face complete with a square jaw, and irratated and slightly pissed off eyes. and i imagine him not having facial hair, but light stubble and the occasional whisker. And i know he doesnt, but i always imagine him smoking a cigar.
Flacutono- I imagine him being freakishly tall, and masculine, not elegant, he slumps when he walks (but this hinders his height minimally) and he would have no hair on his face at all, except for grey, bushy eyebrows.His nose would make him look like a bird almost, and the tips of his nose, ears, and chin would be rather red. the rest of his face would be pale. (im not gonna describe the rest cuz it takes too long)

[Madamluna]

Lucafont: Tall, average leaning to muscular build. No facial hair, dark brown hair, trenchcoat, looks like he stepped out of thirties Chicago. Gets frustrated with Olaf and is very sarcastic.
Flacutono: About a head smaller than Lucafont, very pale skin, wears his wig most of the time. His nose isn't very curved, but pointed. He may or may not be bisexual/pedophilic, but doesn't make any attempt to veil his unhealthy fascination with Violet. Also might be gay for Lucafont ("Lucafont, I think Flacutono might be GAY! Gay for YOU!" "You shut up you retard." *phone rings* "Hello?" "Hello, Lucafont? I'm GAY! For YOU!") and sucks up to Olaf, although his attitude toward the latter is mostly for a desire to get a slightly better position in life.
Androgyne: very blank, smooth features with fine, wispy, curly hair. Like the silhouette at the end of Wide window. Very round, and nose is small and pointed. Doesn't talk, but can growl and laugh.
Twins: when not getting dressy for their performances (or like the MM portrait), they wear natty, ill-fitting and worn clothes. The white powder is on their hands as well as their faces, and they are very tall and slender, although Flo is taller than Tocuna, and the more dominant of the two. She's very caustic in speech and manner, as opposed to the much more passive Tocuna.

[Antenora]

The twins: One with short black or brown hair, the other a blonde. Their clothes are elegant purple or green gowns. They are calm and sinister.

Hooky: I first imagined him as wearing a blue coat for some reason, and a bandana like a pirate's. Dark brown hair and an unshaven face with stubble.

[Mr. Flocuna]

All of them- Evil !!
