As we know, Klaus and Sunny Baudelaires' first names come from Klaus and Sunny von Buolow. They were very affluent people, just like the Baudelaires. Klaus von Buolow attempted to murder his wife, Sunny von Buolow. As we also know, Klaus Baudelaire did not originally like Sunny.
Who can guess what I'm going to say next? There have been lots of rumors going around that one of the Baudelaires is going to die. I think to Klaus is going to kill Sunny. He won't necessarily kill her on purpose; there might be a scene like this: *Klaus rescues Sunny from Count Olaf's clutches and starts to walk away.* "I've got you, Sun--oops." *accidentally drops Sunny off cliff.* Well, maybe it won't be like that. However, Klaus might kill Sunny accidentally somehow. Either that, or Klaus turned evil.
It's a weird theory, but it makes a little bit of sense, if you think about it.

Maybe. A bit far-fetched in my opinon. It would be very out-of-character for Klaus to turn evil and kill Sunny on purpose.
What interests me more about the names is their reflection on the character of the Baudelaire parents. Did they name their children after a poisoner and his victim on purpose? If they did, what were they thinking? My take is that is shows how ugly the V.F.D. is getting, becoming willing to train volunteers to kill.

I think that the Baudelaires were born before the von Buolow conspiracy---the Baudelaire parents aren't psychotic freaks who name their children after murderers and victims.
