I don't know if this is posted in the right section, but I just wanted to know: apart from the finding of one of the 13 rare 13th Trading Cards being found by someone at the premiere of Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, has there been any other reports or findings (that I might have missed) and has there been any picture floating around the net of what the 13th card actually looks like.
I am only posting this because I went away a while ago, and then my compter decided not to work, so i thought, because I hadn't heard anything, maybe I'd missed somthing.
Thanks

I don't know about anybody else, but if I were to find one of the 13th cards, I would certainly tell everybody. Unfortunately, I haven't, so I'll have to go to my local theater like everyone else.

If the winner of the 13th Card DID scan it on the internet, there's no doubt that Paramount/Dreamworks/Nickelodeon would deny the person access to the premiere, and probably press charges, mainly because they would receive mass amounts of counterfeits. We'll never know what the 13th looks like. Unless when the last one is found, they decide to have a picture up on the internet.

The movie studios couldn't keep you from telling people that you won. That would be a HUGE bragging right in this neck of the woods!
I think that the winning card has some sort of counterfit-proof measures on it. Holograms or code numbers or something. I think we will eventually find out what it looks like.

I didn't say the winner couldn't say they won, I said the winner would probably be forbidden from scanning it.

I don't know anything about these trading cards, could you please explain? Images here: cgi.thesnicketsource.com/gallery/categories.php?cat_id=17They are promotional giveaways...they've been handed out at comic conventions so far. There are 13 altogether, but only 12 are common. Finding one of 13 copies of the 13th card wins you a trip to see the film's premiere. At least one copy was already found, at another movie premiere, which most of us felt was COMPLETELY unfair. If you can get into premieres already, what business do you have winning a spot from an average person for whom it would be a once-in-a-lifetime treat?
