in TE it pretty much confirmed that Olaf did not burn down the baudelaire mansion, but in the film it pretty much confirmed that he did? confused  |

True, the film is not canon.
Although my opinion is that TE didn't really confirm anything. I still think Olaf might have done it, and it wouldn't make my feelings for Olaf at the end of The End differ one bit.
