I don't think she is because remember when she said that her parent sadi they were so happy to have a witch in the family (lily) so that makes it sound like she is the only witch in the family

Well, it would definitely account for her bitterness towards magic.

If you log onto www.mugglenet.com they have some very interesting influence to point Petunia to a squib. I'm not sure if I believe it though. Watch your mouth Klaus! ;D

Hmm, Petunia as a squib, it would certainly explain why she's so embittered toward all things magical, especially Harry. Somehow I doubt it though. Oh well. I'm sure we'll find out soon . . . any thoughts on the significance of Lily's eyes?

Isn't it true that Mrs Figg is a Squib and it is no way that Aunt Petunia is a squib because Lily is a mudblood

After reading Book 5, I think there is something more to be discovered about Petunia, but not that she is a squib. If only, say Hagrid had reffered to Lily as muggleborn, than I might believe it, but now we have at least five reliable people who've said so, including Voldemort, Snape and Dumbledore.
Then again, Voldie's a liar. . .
BTW, does anyone wonder what happened in Dudleys past that is so important?
