I prefer the US covers. The only UK covers I liked are the 3rd, 4th and 5th. The 1 and 2 are very childish

I vote yuck because they are childish to me... yes it is a childrens book, but the books look they are designed for 1st graders. Maybe... but have you seen the adult and/or proof editions? And I can't see how the US versions are any better in this respect... They're just as (if not more) "childish" than the UK covers (especially GoF). The Italian and French covers, though... they're childish. Plus I like having a whole picture background, and the uk covers I have seen have a color background and then a picture placed on top. I... don't understand... I haven't noticed that at all... One bad thing about the UK covers, though, is that the style is inconsistant. Each cover was drawn by a different person and together they don't look right.

Look at the Uk versions there is a picture, a title and the background of the title is not the background of the picture but it is a strip of color. Well I think that's cool, you yank, you! And the US covers are ugly. *Runs off*

Wow! The UK covers are excellent compared to the French and Italian covers.
