This thread is sort of to mirror the "What would a boggart appear to you as" thread. Self discovery in Harry Potter books- simple magic can tell you both what you fear and what you want.
We don't have a magic mirror and I never expect to see a boggart, so all of us just have to guess our own heart.
I suppose I'd either see myself surrounded by friends and family I lost (Jarred in Arizona, Grandma, Sugar the dead cat, kids I used to have play dates with, family members that I'll never meet.) or looking much prettier than I actually do.

I'd see myself as 21, I'd never age and I'd be surrounded by fame and wealth. Also I'd probably be with some icredibly good looking guy and all the people I ever loved and lost touch with would be with me.

?? I'd see myself standing near a mansion, so obviously MINE, with lots of friends and family I love being around. Also, I'd be holding books people loved that I wrote that made me famous. THere would be all sorts of things in and around the mansion I won't describe here, so yeah, that's mine!

You are all so boring. The Mirror of erised is so OUT at the moment. But If I looked in I know I'd be famous, for my great pop act! or atleast I'll be earning easy money from my poetry

Centski, dont be dumb. The mirror of erised cant be out because it isn't real. and its not out anyway its totally in! Anything Harry Potter is in. And ASOUE.  If I looked in the mirror of erised I don't know what I would see. That bothers me I really wish I knew what my hearts desire was. I wish there really was a mirror of erised and I had one. I show not your face but your hearts desire. |

I would probably see a lot of things in the mirror, cuz I want so much. I think the thing I want most is to escape in a book, to make it real, to be a part of it. I would love that. *whimisical sigh*
