JKR announced the title of OOTP during a GoF press conference. thus, it took three years after for the book to come out. I hope its not the case this time, and it probabyl wont take as long cauze its considerably shorter.
My guess: Late 2005, early 2006

I think it could be Hagrid. He is half-blood. Half giant, half human. AND he was improtant to CoS, cauze JKR said this books plot was originaly meant for book 2 but she thought it belonged in book 6. I think it could be Hagrid too, but it could be any male, old or brand-friggin-new for all we know. |

U know how low it would be of her to have a completely new character with a whole book named after them? That would be just awful... Ooooh, it could be hagrid... We don't know sam... Are muggleborns considered halfbloods? No, I don't think so... So that rules out dean and the creevies.

No, Muggleborns are wizards born from Muggle Parents. Half Bloods are wizards born from 2 different ppl, meaning like Hagrid, or Seamus.

tis what I thought. Hagrid a prince though? But he's so old.... And if seamus were a prince than his mother who insulted harry(so said seamus) would be a queen.... hm....
