I say Dean, Seamus, Neville, Lavender, Susan, Justin, etc. and a ton of other high-profile names like them go, because...I feel like it.
Hagrid, too a possibility.

*leer* I really wouldn't be terribly bothered by a Malfoy death next book. There would be the whole Harry internal conflict. "Should I be sad? I mean, someone died, but I hate the git." The same internal conflict, to a lesser extent, would happen with Percy, but I think everyone would come to their senses and be sad.
Sam, I gotta ask, what's the fascination with Myrtle? She's pimply, fat, and has a horrible personality. Says so in the books. And Cho, she's just a crybaby. They do go good together, seeing as they're both big crybabies that moan about deaths all the time.

hahahahaha. Killing off myrtle would be terrible. As well as.. impossible.
I do hope we'll see more of the "Shadows"/spirits though. those were fascinating.

I found her extremely aggravating through out the whole books...Cedric this...Cedric that...it drove me crazy. |

Neville will die because I think jk said somewhere that a major character will die, and also Voldemort may kill him because of the Prophecy, to make sure. And also, Myrtle's already dead.

We know that of course about Myrtle.
Maybe Neville will die, even if voldie manages to kill harry (UNlikely) he will want to make for absolute sure there is no threat to his power so Neville will have to either run, learn to duel, or die.
