Yeah it'd be really nice if he died. Especially since he owes harry by the magical bond which we have not at all seen..

Though if Wormtail had been captured in PoA, then Voldemort would not have come back to power since Wormtail was the one who performed the ritual that gave Voldemort a body.

That is very true. Lots of bad things wouldn't have happened if wormtail hadn't interfered.

It would have been a totally different series otherwise!

Yeah, I mean if they had just burst in Hagrid's Hut and stole wormtail (yeah that's right! "wormtail" is not worthy of capitalization!), Hermione would have known what was going on and could have explained to Harry and Ron...maybe. Well, they should have snatched him. I SAY!!! Curse Hermione for not leting Harry get wormtail (again, not worthy).

Well, I think that they could have snatched him when Harry and Hermionie were just watching themselves try to deal with Lupin, as Wormtail was running into the forest. That way, no one could have seen them since they were in the forest anyway. Then again, rats are small and probably hard to catch.

I thought the exact same thing! Weird. And I actually am glad he didn't.

Yes. On a side note, if she already knew about Time Turners, wouldn't it be okay for Hermionie to bump into herself as long as no one else was around?

Oh, good point. Still, it'd be kind of weird to bump into yourself, don't you think?

Yes. On a side note, if she already knew about Time Turners, wouldn't it be okay for Hermionie to bump into herself as long as no one else was around? I wondered that too! Maybe it would have an impact on her past self, the one that didn't know about Time Turners yet. But, I dunno.

Who knows what would have happened to the timeline if that happened, though?

Probably nothing major. As long as no one was around to see it happen.
Also, I have wondered about aging if you go back in time. Hermionie had to go back in time every day at school a couple of times a day, right? Wouldn't she actually be older since she existed longer although not in the same time? If she kept on using the Time Turner, would she actually be a couple years older than she is supposed to be?

Probably. But the whole concept accounts for a truckload of plot holes, that J.K. Rowling would need to simplify it.

Oh, I realize that, but I think it is fun to think about. Most stories that deals with time-travel never really talk about the effects on the actual person age-wise. (Mainly because it is unnecessary) Still, I think that if a person were to go back in time a lot, they would in effect get older faster. Perhaps they would die sooner than they were supposed to also.

I don't think she would age. When she goes back in time, she is technically getting younger, and then aging an hour. She would be the same age, then.
