i think that voldemort is gonna die but harrys gonna live because he can change the prophecy and live. i think that snape and malfoy are going to go an the good side.

The prophecy doesn't say Harry mush die.
"For either must die at the hand of the other, for neither can live while the other survives."
(Yup, quoted from my memory, sad eh?) Meaning that either Voldemort must kill Harry or Harry must kill Voldemort, and noone else can kill either until one of them has killed each other.
JK has said Snape is evil and won't turn good.
Malfoy was never exactly evil... he never really wanted to kill Dumbledore, and only did all the things he did for fear of his own death.

About the death thing, I'm not sure. Is anyone going to die? Of the people on the list, Lupin seems to be most likley. He hasn't been having the best time with the order. The end of book 6 makes me think that when Fenir Greyback attacked with Voldemort's side, he would have realized Lupin was with the order. I have a feeling Greyback is going to want revenge...
I have nothing personal against him. Infact, he is my favorite character after Sirius.

All JK said was that she didn't understand why people liked Snape so much because he's such a nasty person. She refused to close any doors on theories of Snape's true affiliation. Those who think she did are misinterpreting her words.

It would be nice if Voldemort died, but somehow it just doesn't seem possible. Of course it doesnt. Thats the point! If Voldemort was a weakling and it was obvious that all Harry had to cast a simple spell to blast him to smitherines than what would have been the point of any of the books?  |
