Okay,
I know this may sound a bit stupid but...
Why doesn't Harry just get a shot gun and blow Voldemorts head off?
And if he's worried about being disarmed by a spell...what about a sniper?
EDIT: This is now a general 'WHY?' thread to ask basically anything about HP.

Voldemort is a the world's greatest dark sorcerer, I doubt that he could get killed by a muggle weapon.

I was thinking that. But there are always plotholes like that. For instance why didn't Gandalf just fly in on an eagle and drop the ring into Mount Doom(There are satires about that actually). But wizards of his power can probably sense such muggle weapons or possibly react to them involuntarily without a wand, like Harry accidentally trapped Dudley in the snake area at the zoo, or how he ended up on the roof. Writer's license I guess.

I've always wondered why more technology wasn't used. I guess it was that whole "magic makes technology go haywire".
Still, it'd be pretty cool. I mean, spells are cool and all, but in some respects, technology is far superior. Mass-transport, for instance. Communication, etc.
But yeah. Wizards are probably too old-school for that sort of thing.

I actually think it would be kind of funny--if anticlimactic, but hey--(great idea for fanfic hp writers...)! Jacques--have you seen the one on YouTube about that?

Ernist don't double post. And if you're going to double post at least do so on some old thread you feel like resurrecting. Why you would post the exact same thing twice in a row on an active thread I don't know. Please use the modify button.
I've taken the liberty of deleting your second post and modifying your first post so it actually looks proper.*OCD*
And J-ness, is that post of yours really appropriate/constructive at all? Not really.

Not really. That's a mistake, happens to everyone, usually some freaky glitch that occurs when you try and post and it fails the first time, or something strange happens. It's not really his fault.
