The book is starting just like the last one did:
having Snape's point of view before Harry's.
Who could the tall man be, Lord Voldemort?

um...SS started with the dursleys, PoA idk because I can't find the book, GoF started out with Frank Bryce, HBP with the ministers then snape

Indeed, the books quite often start out away from Harry Potter's point of view which makes them all the more interesting.

I was saying that this is the second book in a row that had the point of view of Snape before Harry's.

That would be true, if the sentences aren't garbage. Snape has become much more interesting lately.
