The Sunny auction starts in 10 days. I think we should have a definite choice of what we would like Sunny to say if we win the auction. Everybody post your ideas, even if they've been said before and we'll discuss them.
At first I liked "Miniver Sussex Fox", but now I like "Darkavenorum" that Antenora suggested.

I'll go with "Darkavenorum." Mainly because I'm awful at thinking up things by myself. But it's already suitably mangled, and "Miniver Sussex Fox" wouldn't convey quite the same significance after being chopped up by Sunny's voice-box.

I would also like to see "Darkavenorum" in Book the Thirteenth. If Handler changes it a bit, it will still look similar, which would not work for an anagram.

"Darkavenorum" is good. Another I came up with is "frusfonam" an anagram of "forum fans". But if we submit an anagram, Handler would probably misspell it, and hence destroy the meaning.

I guess it all depends on what Handler really means by "slightly mangled." It could mean anything from "not changed at all" to "changed beyond all recognition." I don't think he'd change anything so completely that the winning bidder would be dissatisfied with it. After all, if he makes people upset that it wasn't really "their phrase" he ended up using, the publicity would be bad for the charity. This particular charity is very important to Handler. In addition, if we pick a name or phrase that's clever enough, he probably will use it as is.
As for what Sunny should say, "Miniver Sussex Fox" and "Darkavenorum" are both suitably clever and represent the whole membership well. I'm sorry I have nothing more to contribute at the moment, but I will keep thinking.

I still want something that will bring real recognition to us. Many people won't recognize darkavenorum, and I bet that many 667 member won't even realize that they're part of "Miniver Sussex Fox" when they read it.
Unfortunately, I haven't got any better ideas. "moc.11sdraoborp.euosa//:ptth" would be cool except that it makes absolutely no sense.

"moc.11sdraoborp.euosa//:ptth" would be cool except that it makes absolutely no sense. That would be hilarious on an audio book. I'd love to hear Tim Curry say that. Unfortunately, I haven't got any better ideas. What about a meme, then?

I actually really like Miniver Sussex Fox....It's super clever and if we do win we can make an announcement not to forget that we are going to be mentioned in the 13th book.

Eh, Miniver Sussex Fox....kinda dodgy, I think. Who in their right mind would anagram it?
Actually...why not?
There is something better out there, though HMMMMMMM
Maybe she could shout "Asu frum!" or some other combination of Asoue Forum.
...It has to be clear that an internet forum has done it, damnit!
So Drkvenue frum or something is a good idea.
Darkavenorum sounds odd, but its also a good idea...

I still like "Miniver Sussex Fox" but "Darkavenorum" is good too and it's more like something Sunny would say. So I'm going to go for Darkavenorum.
EDIT: An anagram for "Darkavenueforum" is "Kaufman Over Rude". Ironic as the Kauffman twins played Sunny in the movie. "Eureka for mud van" is there too. "Maraud Evoke Fun" too.
