Have you read this interview before? I only found it today, through a link from an e-newsletter from Waldenbooks. Although not particularly informative, it amused me, especially the anemone comparison and his hobby of taxidermy... Edit: What? Harpsichord, not accordion?

How come it says ''Grim Grotto hits shops in September'', yet at the bottom says ''© 2005 Waldenbooks, Inc. All rights reserved.''?

That's certainly an amusing interview - I like how his list of his favourite authors includes Daniel Handler.
And Scotty, I think they automatically update the copyright footers at the bottom of each page when a new year rolls around. Or at least, I can't see that they wouldn't.

I think I've heard of this interview before; I've certainly heard something about Snicket using an anenome metaphor to represent his childhood. It's quite funny.
