All pages can be a source of good information if you know where to look.

If you look on page 95 you should notice that most of the sailors have the names of many famous authors. The first one in the back row is...well, I've said too much. I'll let you figure it out.

*Bumps*
I noticed that in the section of UA where LS writes possible titles for his UA, there was one title that said: The story of a man, a women then another man. Is the last one a reference to Olaf or Bertand etc?

I imagine it's meant to be open-ended - that is, it's intended that you can read it as referring to either Olaf, or Bertrand, or indeed to other characters. The man, the woman, and the other man might equally well be the three Snicket siblings, for example - Jacques, Kit, and Lemony.

A number of titles in the list are written with that intention, I feel. The Story of a Man Who Needs Your Help we can deduce probably refers to Lemony, but The Story of Three Siblings, At Least One of Whom is Dead can refer to any number of trios. This theme is reinforced in The End, in which history repeats itself so that similar instances can be applied to multiple people.

I believe that many things in The Unauthorized Autobiography has a ton of important information because it fills in the gaps that were left by Snicket's other books. But then again, it may be different for other people.

That's why it's called a supplementary volume. It helps to fill in some of what is otherwise lacking.
