I saw how (18, 1) lost her moderating power because she didn't post much. Since many people didn't realize that you wanted moderators to post a lot, it caused a lot of upset and confusion.
Can you please make a thread, or edit the current rules, to tell us what new rules you have decided to create, or old rules you have decided to get rid of?

I don't think it's a matter of "Can you...." make a thread. It is a matter of "You must" make a thread telling people about changes in the rules. Just ammending the Administrative Decrees is not enough. If you want people to follow the rules, you must inform them about those changes.

Perhaps ADR could make a definitive list of what she expects from people - she clearly wants to run things differently to how Tragedy did, and if we're informed of what is now expected of us and given time to adjust, then there should not be too much difficulty, unless a significant majority disagrees with an element. If that happens, we can do what we've been doing recently and have an open discussion for both supporters and opponents to put forward their views.

I support this plan.

So do I. It's really annoying to randomly learn of new rules the way we are now, and this would be a lot better.

ADR?
Please do this, okay?
We're not insulting or fussing away at you in any way, we just want to be informed and figure out what's going on.
