Well first of all I would like it if people in this thread would only post stuff about death.no comentary on how words or grammer are incorrect.Secondly we could all die at any giving point in time.I do not fear dying myself but that is merely because I know I will die eventually. But the question is who fears death or wondering where you go when you know manifest a body.I think my body will merely rot away and there will just be a never ending dream.what is your opinion on death eh?

I don't fear death, although I won't rush to embrace it. Those who fear death seem to me a little childish... Why fear the inevitable? Nobody lives forever, barring cryogenics, which is probably just a pipe dream that won't work.

I don't see how its comforting to know you're going to die, I think it's scary to not know whats going to happen after. The only options I can think of are to stop exsisting or to exsist forever and none of those options appeal to me.

I am so afraid of death. It's scary to know that one day I won't be alive and then another day the earth won't be around. It's so freaky. I never want to die but I don't want to be around when the earth explodes.

In a way, I do fear death, because of the uncertainty of what comes after it. I believe in reincarnation, but to tell the truth I'm fairly unsure about that. Even if I do get reborn, what will I be? Will my next life be pleasant? Will I remember this life?
I like the theory that the afterlife is an alternate universe, shaped by one's dreams and thoughts.
Doomandchaos, please put spaces between your sentences.

C: Hey, wait, everyone... Doomandchaos came a long way since he arrived. Here's a kid who used to say "ppl" and awsm. I actually understood his post. Let's give him an A for effort. He's trying. J: I believe in eternal nothingness, your body rots away and there is no soul. C: HEY! J: No omnipotent deity who decides good and evil, no hell below us, above us only sky. (One point for the reference) I mean, what happens to a hamsdter when it dies? Humans don't get special treatment just because of thumbs and larger brains. We're just animals, like hamsters and birds and that's all. We just have language, tools, and digital watches. That's all..

I fear death because I don't want to exist forever. I just want nothingness when I die.

I couldn't care less if it was neverending darkness, partially because you wouldn't knopw/feel/be alive to form an opinion about it.

D:my take is the death is merely dreaming without waking up.
Ch:so in a way if we die can death be merely a nightmare or a pleasant dream? G:well death can probably go however you want it to go.you be a pessimist and die believing you are in hell.In my opinion death merely depends on how you want it to be.
Ch:thats an interesting theory.
D:yes I do agree.

well, i believe my body rots away forever when i die, but i belive my Spirit goes to heaven, but i also believe in reincarnation. i don't fear death. and never have.
but i guess if i did fear it, the thing that i would be most afraid of is that you don't know how long you have, you know. when we say death, we imagine it as in the far future, but not tomorrow, or next week, or even tonight. how do we know that we're not going to die in a few short weeks, days or hours?
