I like it but it's overhyped.

The Books are better than the TV Series. Also, is it wrong that i started watching the show when I was 13?

Sometimes the amount of boobs on the show make it seem like it's written by a 13 year old.
I haven't read the books but they're hyped up even more than the show so I don't know if I'd like them.

Oh the books are very good. I think its not just the amount of boobs, but the amount of more-than-boobs. The TV Show overplays the sex of the story, whereas its much more subtle in the books.

I love Game of Thrones. It's my favorite TV series and the book series it's based off of (A Song of Ice and Fire) is my favorite book series, too.
I hate all the nudity, but I think everything else balances it out enough.

The nudity is the only reason I watch I completely agree with your point. ;D

i love Game of Thrones but the show could be a lot better. there are parts i love then parts that they do kind of badly (house of the undying being one of them). my favourite characters are probably the Starks, even though Ned was kind of dumb. of the books i've read the first three and storm of swords is definitely my favourite so far.

I disagree. I thought they did as good as the could do with the House of the Undying. I can't imagine it working out very well on screen if they did it the way it happened in the book. That's just me, though.
But they did an excellent job with Blackwater. I liked it better in the show than I did in the book. The little extras they added (like the stuff between Bronn and the Hound, that song the version of The Rains of Castamere that Bronn led the soldiers in singing, etc.) made it, for me.

i definitely agree with you about blackwater! that episode was so good. it's just i thought the prophecy parts seemed really cool and important when i read them but when they didn't show up in the show i was super disappointed. i didn't really care about seeing drogo again. so i'm sure i'll like a lot of the new season but there'll be stuff i miss too (but of course that does kind of come with watching an adaption). so right now i'm most looking forward to seeing how they do the storylines for sansa, cat, and jaime

Due to my living in the UK and not having sky, I was yet to see the second series until a few says ago, when my Blu Ray copy arrived!!!! The first episode was good, but very... slow. And stretched out. I Liked - Jamie and Robb. A Nice added scene Tyrions arrival - An excellent scene with Peter Dinklage forcing a huge grin onto my face with every line I Disliked - Dragonstone - Maester Cressen was just a throwaway character with his back-story being virtually untouched. Mellisandre wasn't even named... Cersei and Petyr - No, no, no. Hes not that stupid... I liked / disliked - The killing of Roberts bastards. A very brave choice by the writer, but even more Ros stuff was unnecessary. Plus a shockingly loud vocal performance by some unknown naked actress made me jump out of skin. But A very strong ending.

I'm watching Game of Thrones right now because it happens to be on TV and I happen to be ill. But I don't really understand it, I'm not sure if it's really the beginning or if I should have watched something before that.
