I've seen theories on Violet possibly being his kid, so the timeline would mean that Beatrice was pregnant with her less than a year after she refused to marry Lemony right?
But I was reading LS to BB #6, and he says 'I understand you and your husband are still alive, and rumors have reached me of your pregnancy STOP I hope you have a healthy baby girl---
Then later:
'Forgive me for contacting you one last time STOP After all these years,'
What could he mean if the baby is Violet?
Edit: I reread it and found something else that's interesting and I think adds to my original post: Lemony also said in the telegram: 'Just as you hoped, so many years ago, for a bat to obey your orders' What could he mean, when the letter that was mistakenly (saw a thread on here that said Olaf got it on purpose, and that's why the note R. left insulted bat trainers, because it was really Esme) delivered to R. had only been like a few months ago?

The telegram is very strong evidence that V is not Lemony's child, and was quite possibly composed to stop that rumour.
However, if you really want it to be true, it's still possible to reconcile it. It doesn't say 'contacting you after all these years': it says 'contacting you. After all these years I know how dangerous it is'. The most natural reading is the years of their separation, but it could be read as their years together, during which they found communication dangerous (dropped hatpins etc.).

That totally makes sense! But...do you have any idea why the Baudelaires' lives were at risk?

Well... it did take a while, but somebody eventually burnt down their home. The telegram seems to connect to TAA Chapter Eleven, in which Lemony recalls pursuing Beatrice to a masked ball fifteen years since he had last seen her to deliver a warning about Count Olaf.

There might not have even been a real reason behind why the Baudelaires were in danger. The sugar bowl not withstanding, they were both clearly very good at their work, and so sooner or later the villains would have wanted to get them out of the way just to get them out of the way.
