Can Olaf control his anger much more than he let's on? Is his raging at people calculated? He is an actor after all...

I don't think he was angry then. I think he had a back up plan, which was "kidnap Sunny," which had already happened, and he was happy in this moment, so he didn't have anger to control. I don't think Olaf really has self-control.

I think what happened is like being happy in a game of chess when your opponent thinks he made a smart move that cornered you, but you actually anticipated that move, prepared for it and even set a trap to make a checkmate right away.
