It can be books or short stories. You can also comment on which of the cases you think was best adapted for other media.

If you've never read any Agatha Christie books don't read these books yet!! These books are good, don't get me wrong. But they can't be her first books to be beautiful. Never. If you read them like the first books, you will get the wrong impression about the author's writing style. These books must be read after others.

I very much liked the BBC adaptation of 'And then there were none' a few years ago.

Murder at the Vicarage is a great one ! I purchased a whole set of Agatha Christie novels for $50 secondhand and I am yet to finish reading them but it was a great price and I do love Poirot : )

Of the books I've read, I think the one Poirot acts the most in the way he preaches is "The 5 Little Pigs".

I've only read Murder on the Orient because I'm a cliché, so my favorite is that by default, especially after (ATWQ spoilers) the ...Thistle of the Valley. Sorry, Mr. Jeh Ann. Luckily we have lots of well-read people in this thread.

Why? I have to admit that not all of her books are sensational, but she has written a lot of good stuff. I prefer her way of writing mysteries than Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I feel like I have the opportunity to try to deduce what happened on my own before the end, and then make theories while I'm reading. I remember reading The Murder of Roger Akoroid, making theories and notes in the book itself. And I have to admit that I messed up the ending miserably, but I had a lot of fun doing it.

Reba knows full well that just ignoring me to annoy me... So whenever he's willing to not ignore an issue I've raised, it's important to pay attention.
