Of the three Baudelaires, I think Sunny is the coolest. I remember when I saw her in the movie, and I thought she was amazing! (And I thought, how did they manage to make a baby perform so well?) But the series Sunny is very cute, especially the second season. (And I loved how she put the hair band in her hair, on TSS, in the third season). Did the longer screen time allow the actress to surpass the actress in the film (which I think never used CGI in the film). And for those who like video games and board games ... did playing sunny bring a cooler experience than watching her?

The scene in The Slippery Slope Part 2 where she ties her hair up and tells Violet that she'll invent something totally solidified how AWESOME she is.

The movie was filmed with twin actresses Kara and Shelby Hoffman (who, oh my goodness, are 17 years old now), whereas the Netflix series starred only Presley Smith. I think the Director's commentary in the movie mentioned that hiring twins helps move filming along that would otherwise stall due to child labor laws, so I was surprised to find that only one actress played Sunny in the Netflix series despite it being a bigger project.
I'll vote for Sunny from the video games, though. She has a neat rolling-through-walls power in the Game Boy Advance game.

The scene in The Slippery Slope Part 2 where she ties her hair up and tells Violet that she'll invent something totally solidified how AWESOME she is. Especially since it happens in the Mortmain Mountains where I imagine she must have been cool the entire time.

Board game sunny was able to defeat Count Olaf and track down the sugar bowl, which gives her cool points, but the way she poached, cooked and ate the last Bombinating Beast subtracts cool points. Extinction is totally whack

Is this real? Google confirms there is a board game, which I initially doubted, but it came out in 2002, long before there were any Bombinating Beasts.
(But book Sunny has some definite villainous qualities. 'Unless'.)

It’s absolutely real, board game Sunny is constantly sending endangered species into extinction to appease her own morbid appetite. I’d go as far as to say it is her defining feature.

Netflix Sunny is easily my favourite version, with all the quick wit insults towards Olaf in her own language.
