Hallo, dear people of 667! I'm currently trying to add a lot of book cover designs to my portfolio, and I'm not sure what book to pick next. Any genre at all is fine, but children's fiction is probably best as that's where most illustration work is. I haven't done obvious ones like ASOUE or HP so far because they have very iconic covers already. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! ^_^ Here are the ones I've done so far, in case it helps: www.tabithamarshillustration.com/copy-of-portfolio-2 (Apologies for how rubbish my website currently looks on mobile lol, just keep scrolling down and you'll get to the book covers)

Thanks, that's very kind of you to say! I've actually been meaning to read The Giver for years so this might be the motivation I need to actually get round to it.

Would you like to do an alternate cover for "The Intelligences Litory" the book I wrote? It is a book for a young adult audience. And it's a book that has illustrations... If the alternate cover happens to look better than the original cover, maybe the alternate cover could become the original cover, in which case I'd be happy to pay you for the service (As long as it's not too expensive) . If you want something like this, you can contact me.
(I actually had a secret dream involving you doing the cover art for my book, but I thought it would be inappropriate to ask you to do something like that.)

Wow thanks, that sounds great! I’ll message you later to discuss it.
And honestly it’s never inappropriate to ask me about doing illustrations lol — the more commissions the better!
