This is exciting! I'll try to keep it in the back of my head, and be on the lookout for some good questions. Thank you, Bee!

Wow, for a sec I thought Dante and Bee traded identities as well. Anyway, two 667ers with the right connections are even better than one! Thanks for the opportunity, Bee. I'll be back with some Q's in a while.

I'll be back with some Q's in a while. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to secure such contacts without Dante's help, and he is still very much at the forefront of that aspect of our forum's communication. I also want to stress here for people not to worry about how academic or verbose their questions can be. Just do your thing.

Okay, so these are the questions I'd like to ask Mr. Handler the most (sorry if the first one's not specific enough)... - When you started out (i.e. around the time you wrote your first novel), did you rely on inspiration to strike before sitting down to write? Or do you think that the best ideas have always come to you during re-writing and going through several drafts? I'd also be interested in whether there's any rituals or a routine you go through before writing, and how important that is for you.
- Are there any methods you can recommend when it comes to just practicing writing (prose, specifically), day after day, when you don't have a novel to return to work on?
- Do you read any fiction while you are writing a novel, or do you try to avoid the risk of being influenced too much?
- After having done quite a few picture books and having worked with Seth, have you maybe thought about ever writing a graphic novel?

"Dear Mr Handler, are you aware that you are responsible for creating some of the most meaningful relationships of my life, and the lives of many others on 667? How does that make you feel?" "Do you feel in part that your style or motivation for writing has changed since having a child? How does he view your books?" "The forum needs a definitive answer: Who is your favourite one direction member?" "How much of a hand have you had in the ASoUE Netflix series?" "Do you have any regrets regarding ASoUE?" "How do you feel about the uprising of apps and whatnot in the modern world, and does this make you nostalgic for simpler times?" Sorry most of my questions are a bit poor, but feel free to reword the good ones or whatever to make them clearer

Even now, do you have things that you regret doing in the past?
How do you behave at a party where everyone ignores you no matter how much you try to make them notice you?
Will you write a story set in a place which is not part of the Western world?
What helps you write faster? Do you set deadlines? If so, how do you motivate yourself to follow it?

a. In reading ATWQ, some of us have wondered about how it relates to what we already know of Lemony's youth from The Beatrice Letters. Lemony, though not yet thirteen, says 'My schooldays are over', and later gives up his apprenticeship. Does this mean that everything we know of his education comes before this - in particular the trip to the mountains mentioned in LS to BB #2? And were Lemony and Beatrice already sweethearts at the time of ATWQ?
b. We have also wondered about the schism in VFD. In The Penultimate Peril, Kit says it happened when she was four, and Lemony must have been even younger. Yet in ATWQ, a schism seems to be brewing once again. Has there been more than one schism in the organisation's history?

Here are some of mine: - First of all: ...how dare you?
- Do you personally disapprove of some of the Baudelaires' choices?
- Did you ever ask you sister what became of Miss Feint?
- I have a bratty niece who keeps following me around. What should I do?
- If you could save the life of Olaf or Ishmael, which one would you pick?
- You sometimes speak of "The Great Unknown" the Baudelaires once glimpsed. Any reason you picked that nickname?
- Why must Esme Squalor's maiden name not be revealed?
- Did Armstrong Feint cross paths with VFD before he came to Stain'd-by-the-Sea?
- We assume that Mrs Beatrice Baudelaire was a pleasant person, but was she ever a good one?
- What was our dearly departed Dr Georgina Orwell's favorite book?
- What is your opinion of Mr Daniel Handler? That guy looks shifty.

How many volumes of ASoUE does Netflix hope to fit into a single season?
Will any of the storylines or ideas from the supplementary volumes be integrated into the television series?
Having instantly recognised the young Mr. Snicket's tattoo, when did Ellington Feint first learn about V.F.D.?
Antenora asks: Will the TV series show us a side of the Baudelaire case which the books didn't?
(Note that my first two questions may be obsolete by the deadline, depending on the state of Netflix information in the approaching months.)

If there was nothing out there, what was that noise? Could/have you read any of snicketsleuth's theories/analyses on Tumblr, and what are your opinions on them? What do you think of Klaus and Fiona together as a romantic couple? Is the ASoUE calendar canon/official? Can you reveal anything about Mr Snicket's 'kind editor'? What is your relationship with Mr Snicket like? How did you two meet? What's with all of the B.B. initials throughout the works of Mr Snicket? If a certain age group had to be forced to endure the dismal tales of Snicket, what age group would you aim it at? Something specific like preteens, or older teens, etc. Can you explain the discrepancies in Quigley Quagmire's telling of his story/survival of the Quagmire fire?

Did you ever return to Stain'd by the Sea? Did you ever hear from them again?
