In searching for LS book tour information, I found a couple of videos. This page has links to several clips of him speaking at Book Expo America. There will (soon hopefully) be a pod cast of LS doing a reading from TPP here (He's been moving up the list and is almost at the top now.) I also found several audio interview I intend to download. An hour-long interview from commonwealth.org A 24-minute interview from audible.com. You must register to download it. And this might be the one from TBB audio book. I'm not sure.

Those were really interesting, and in fact there were so many good parts that I cannot list them. But yes, they were fun. Thanks for posting them.

A 24-minute interview from audible.com. You must register to download it. And this might be the one from TBB audio book. I'm not sure. Oh yeah. About this one, I listened to the sample, and it doesn't seem to be the one from the TBB audiobook; it sounds completely different. (The sample was actually about 8 minutes long.) I wonder how old that one is, as I think it mentions something rather significant.

Now you've peaked my interest. I haven't listened to them yet, now I must listen to discover what you think is so significant.

Piqued, actually.
I'll listen to these when I find time.

Piqued, actually. I'll listen to these when I find time. Thank you for the spelling. I was going to say "aroused" but didn't want to sound suggestive.

Dante, is the thing you found important *spoiler*
the idea that he might keep writing after B13?

Dante, is the thing you found important *spoiler* Very sharp, twistedbrain. That's what I was thinking, yes - and that's why I was wondering how long ago these interviews were.

Yeah, because if they were recent, there might actually be some truth in it, rather than it being older, whereas he could just accidentally "forget" about it.

Annoyingly, Handler does not read from TPP in that clip. He reads from TBB and gives his infamous "three moral lessons" talk. It's still very entertaining and a great listen, though.

I think he always reads from TBB. When I went to the book signing just four days after TPP came out, he still only read from TBB. I think it's all part of his "act". If he read from the current book, he would have to change his act every year.

Oh, I've seen some of those before. They're quite fun. They're kinda old, though. I wonder if Handler doesn't do stuff like that anymore. Maybe he can't even travel anywhere now without being leapt on by stalker fans. I heard that at the Hay Festival he had packs of kids following him around all day.
Edit: I seem to go easily off on tangents. But I think I do have a point, and that's that I think Handler seems to be winding down the Snicket persona as the series is coming to a close, even if he might use the character again.
