I brush mine twice or thrice a day... definitely every night before I go to sleep and every morning after breakfast, but sometimes after I've had a lunch or tea with too much spinach in it, such as cannelloni.

Twice a day unless my mouth feels really gross from food or something. Then three or four, but usually twice.

Always at night and in the morning. Probably half of the time I'll brush a third time because I'm going somewhere or something. I like having clean breath.

At least twice a day: after breakfast, and before bed. I'll brush again if I go out during the day (i.e. before I leave for work in the afternoon/evening), or if my breath just feels really gross.

Twice: After breakfast, and before bed. I do it again if I'm going to the dentist or if my teeth just feel like they need cleaning, though. I'd probably do it again if I was going somewhere important where one was expected to be very clean, like the Duchess's house.

Once in the morning and at night. I have the bad habit of brushing my teeth in the morning, then eating breakfast so my teeth aren't clean anymore.
I keep little flossers and mints and Trident with me all the time, too.
