Did you get Targ's mass email?

It has been called to my attention (and I guess Targ's, Pan's, Cel's, J's, Kate's and some other people's attention) that the incredibly touching and informative mass email that Targ sent out was not received by everyone. I think if you're going to vote no you should post that you voted no so that someone can send it to you. Take Cel's example.
