Ok, when my sister was I 1/2 years old, she began to start walking. And when she was two, she began getting potty trained. I'm guessing, since Sunny just learned how to walk, I'd suppose she is, about the end of book 11, around 20 months old. So, she probably wears a diaper. But Mr. Snicket neglects to mention, diaper changes of any kind. Why?

Because that's not important to the story. He doesn't mention Klaus using the little boy's room, either.
'Klaus looked at his sisters and sighed. He had a feeling, a feeling he got nearly three times each day. A feeling felt by all healthy humans. A feeling that gave him an important message: he needed to use the restroom. "I need to use the restroom," Klaus said in a slightly annoyed tone. Violet, who was not only shocked, but disappointed, said, "You can go behind Nevermore Tree, Klaus." Violet had no idea why her brother had told her this, but she had heard it with her own two ears. It was so.'

That was hilarious.; Simply hilarious. You are quite funny, Brain Damage. I wonder who does the diaper change? I'd say violet, becuase she's the oldest and of the same gender.

How many books DO mention that certain subject? Furthermore, would you really want to know anyway? I agree, that was hilarious, Brain Damage. I would also assume Violet changes Sunny as the series seems old fashioned in many ways, probably including that....

That isn't necessary to the plot. I wondered that as well, but it never mentions it, because think about it for five seconds. What book DOES mention bodily functions?

I've never wondered about that because I don't reallly care about it. I would be very annoyed if Handler put a diaper change right in the middle of the mystery-solving.

well...i think that snicket wasnt really there at the same time as the baudelaires so he knows most of what they did...by people who were around them, but someone wouldnt hasve told him that they went to the toilet would they?

Yeah. Stuff like that wouldn't be important to the Baudelaire case.

I agree with Who.
I am quite sure that there was a thread on this subject, but a search yielded nothing. Dante, if you feel this thread needs to be locked please do so.

'Baudelares!' Josephine cried, as the wind blew violently around her. They didn't have much time. 'Volunteers...it stands for...' 'We don't have time right now!' Violet cried. 'Sunny's diaper is never going to change itself!' And with that, the Baudelaires left in search for a suitable diaper change for Sunny.'
There was a topic about this before, and if Lemony Snicket explained every detail of their lives, it would be boring.

Yeah, I'm locking this. There'd been a thread on it before, it's not very important, I'm so tired.

Wait, how did you get around Dante locking this nineteen years ago?

Just as the Baudelaires and Fiona were about to venture into the grotto, Violet suddenly realized that Sunny had no swim diapers.

Wait, how did you get around Dante locking this nineteen years ago? Dante's powers are no match to mine. That's why he's dead and I'm not.
