The Austere Academy:
Front Cover: Room made from glass, (Eng Version) Klaus, Sunny and Violet not in uniform (why?). Violet has a yellow hair ribbon but on covers of other books Sunny has the yellow one and Violet a red one why they swap? Blue/green colour theme, tape measure down side.
Inside Cover: Baudelaire’s- Normal, Olaf- disguised in Coach Genghis title page Baudelaire’s seeping by moonlight.
Dedication –“Beatrice- you will always be in my heart, in my mind, and in your grave.”
1st Picture- Carmelita Spats by arch, Memento Mori (remember you will die). Uniform: Pleated skirt or trousers, stripy socks and shirt. Is it Klaus and Sunny at the end of the line? (Glasses, hair up, looking at Carmelita) if so how did they get uniform and not wear it in the cafeteria (front cover)? To the right of the arch there is a chimney thing, something on top of it, looks like a person and a dog, cat, lion or another person sitting down.
Chapter 1: Olaf has committed many crimes towards the Baudelaire’s including, kidnapping (no he hasn’t? if so who did he kidnap? Their parents?), murder (Uncle Monty and Aunt Josephine) nasty phone calls (Aunt Josephine), disguises (Stephano, Julio Sham and Shirley), poisoning (Uncle Monty), hypnosis (Klaus TMM) and atrocious cooking (TBB and TWW).
Mr Poe means well but a jar of mustard also means well and would probably do a better job of keeping them safe (Verbal Fridge Dialogue).
Vice Principal Nero makes students listen to recitals (Nero was a roman Emperor who forced people to listen to his musical recitals).
LS says something about Circus Performers will die, and in a later book (TEE or TVV, most likely TEE) he says something else bout circus performers, Madame Lulu dies…
sorry if someone has already done this, and that it is only chapter 1, i have done chapters 2,3 and 4 but on paper and i cant be bothered to do it all so if you want more just say and i will do chapter 2. most of my theories have already been searched but thats life,just read and enjoy!
