Esmé is in VFD as we see in the recording meeting in the UA. And all members know the parking lot thing, and wouldn't make a mistake if they where trying to be as convincing as possible. Though she didn't recognise the stained coffee stain. Perhaps she didn't pay attention. Or I am mistaken.

Esmé never did like learning or reading much. She was probably too busy trying to decide which of her uniforms was the most in.
