Probably, somebody got a napkin without the map and is posing as Duchess R. Or, she's trying to tell him a message....

Actually, I was wondering whether the napkin was fake or the letter was. But I've now realised that that would just eventually lead back to the question of whether the letter was really from R., which isn't the point of this thread, so pretend I didn't post anything. |
