A third cousin four times removed would be with the great-great-grandparent of one as the great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparent of the other. A fourth cousin three times removed would have the great-great-great-grandparent of one as the great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparent of the other. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I did that in my head...)
Olaf gets away with quite a lot, but I don't think even he could have access to the City's records in that regard, could he?
Plus, he seems to take the easy way out. He never claimed to be a relative of the Quagmires. As regard to some earlier comments... They did go stay with their AUNT Josephine, and UNCLE Monty, although Monty may not have been a real uncle as he asked everyone to call him that. Supposedly Mr. Poe sent them to live with Olaf as the only known relative in the City limits, so as to keep their lives from changing more than necessary.
What is all this about 'Olaf killing the real Olaf'? Is this speculation, or based on some facts? If based on facts, where?
