Welcome to the book the thirteenth RPG.
At the moment we only need four characters, but I'll say when more come in, or other people can if they introduce them in.
Here are a couple of guidelines:
1-I would really really prefer it if you wrote in way1, instead of way2:
Way 1: Klaus looked back and saw Count Olaf drilling a hole into a sunflower. 'Jinkies,' he said.
Way 2: Klaus: Jinkies, count Olaf is drilling a hole into a sunflower.
2-Try to keep it as the book may go, although feel free to make the truth of things like Beatrice + VFD what you believe they are.
roles:
COUNT OLAF-Dupin VIOLET BAUDELAIRE-lauren KLAUS BAUDELAIRE-Clam SUNNY BAUDELAIRE-clam00
I'll begin, and we can continue when people join.
Count Olaf stood proudly behind the Baudelaire orphans as the boat began to sail rapidly away from the burning Hotel Denouement. He could smell the smoke enfulging the air, and he could almost taste the sweet taste of people dying. Even though many of them were his comrades-or ex-comrades-he was glad to be rid of them. In any case, he now had the three Baudelaire's as his minions. 'Row faster!' he orderered. 'We need to get there by this evening!'

I usually prefer to act the role of villians but seeing as villians are limited at the moment could I please be Violet...oh and I ussually write in way 2 but I could try way 1...besides sometimes i feel myself limited in way 2 speech

Ah, now we can begin! Would anyone like to take it from where I left off?

Violet looked back at Count Olaf, irrittiated by his lack of assitance as she and her siblings slaved away. She caught Olaf's eye and then quickly turned away wiping sweat of her brow as she attempted to row at a faster pace than they were already going.

OOC: Hey Dupin could I be someone? Maybe the narrator ( Lemony Snicket)?

Klaus stopped rowing to look back at Count Olaf. "Get where?" he asked.

(i just finished the 12 book today yay!)Sunny stared at the spatula-shaped oars and wonder where it would take them, and why Olaf was in such a hurry, but the youngest Baudelaire kept rowing.

(jman, you can be someone when a new character is introduced)
Count Olaf scoffed. 'Where?' he asked, as if it was something that should have been obvious to the Baudelaires. He seemed to stop talking or ordering the children around for a few moments, to take the time to think. 'You'll find out soon enough, children!' he cried, his eyes brighter then ever. 'But for now, just keep rowing, in...' he paused, before pointing out to the east. 'That direction!'

"Olaf..." Violet began testily "could you please help my little sister row, you see I'm afraid she is not yet capable of moving large objects such as a giant spatula". Noticing a grimace forming on Olaf's face, she quickly added "Of course it would also be time efficient"

Olaf smiled and raised an eyebrow. 'Of course, it occured to me that the baby would be useless at such an act!' he cried. He looked down at Sunny and grimaced. 'But I'd rather not help her...' he quickly conjured up a thought and smiled at his idea. 'Why don't you work the sails?' he said to Sunny. 'And I want none of your nonsense talk!'

Violet, content returned to her position, heaving the spatula out, around and back in the water again. The wind blew her hair in her face so she turned to the left facing the direction of the wind. As she did so she noticed a small blurry speck in the distance, it seemed to be growing bigger as approaching. "What's that?" she whispered to Klaus a little nervous, and pointed subtly towards the speck so that Olaf wouldn't notice.
