I count only four, and they all returned within less than a week. has anyone else ever called it the big shift? apart from sora? No. No they haven't. Look, like it or not, we're a dictatorship. ): That said, we do have the right to comment. But ADR also has the right to respond. Free speech works both ways; he was rude about her, she was rude about him. And he was whining. Grr.

[glow=red,2,300]I never said ADR didn't have the right to respond. Being whiny is different from being rude. And I think ADR's response was much worse than Sora's initial comment[/glow]

I agree with the people that say that SF shouldn't be kicked out of her position due to circumstances she can't control, but temporarily at least, I think Triangle Eyes would make a good mod for that section. She welcomes and adopts newbies and posts in there more than anyone else, and so would do a good job in GGreetings, even if her behavior elsewhere isn't the most exemplary.
As for Sora and ADR, I saw both of their comments as....well, immature. Yes, we have the freedom to say whatever we want, but that doesn't mean we should, especially if there's a way to say the exact same thing without making people so angry.

[glow=red,2,300]Firstly I don't understand how you can take any of what I said and make it seem like I was whining. Secondly you double posted which is in violation of the rules of the forum. Thirdly we were merely making suggestions about how to go about picking mods, and even Triangle Eyes didn't want to be permanent, which you would have known had you even listened to a word she was saying. secondly it was accidental double post as you can see by the exact same text being in both posts almost everyone has done that once or twice -not a valid argument-

This is really getting out of proportion. Several people stated they didn't agree with Trag.'s choice on the first page, and yet none of them were prosecuted for their opinions. Mine were slightly emotive, but nonetheless a perfectly rightful opinion. Neither songbird nor I were whining, and I'm tired of other members calling it that. Just deal with the fact I have an opinion ADR, and don't insult it. And I can choose to call 667 events whatever I want BSAm. Please refrain from insulting things just out of habit.

If you can choose to call stuff whatever you want, Sora dearest, Sam has the right to call stuff (including you and your ideas) whatever he wants. Again-how many times do I have to say this?-free speech works both ways. By the way, since when are you being 'prosecuted'? Trag responds to commens just as much as ADR.
Oh, and SF's great; very responsible, very kind, very sweet. But I think GGreetings could definitely use a temp mod. Can't someone email SF or something, though, to find out when she'll be back?

I'll see if I can message one of her school friends on there to tell her what happened. Sorry about the double post thing, a lot of things in my life are a bit rocky, especially last night so I'm sorry about that. ;D[/glow]

This is getting ridiculous. And I have no fear about getting prosecuted, ADR, because you hate me already.
I don't think this is fair. That's not saying TE won't do a good job, but that everyone should have an equal chance.

Look, like it or not, we're a dictatorship. ): Technically we are, but what is the term for "government in which citizens have the right to whine and hopefully get things their way?" Why wasn't Snicket Face temporarily replaced earlier anyway? She was gone for a term of two months, around, and she returned for a little bit a month ago. Geez. Yes, we should have an application thread for a new moderator. More fair. Dur. But I don't even feel like trying because I've applied many times and never ever have I gotten a position. ): Oh well. I don't like Gruesome Greetings that much anyways; all the really NOT n0obs make bad welcoming threads and never come back. Snicket Face's appointment was unfair in the first place. *breathes and meditates*
