I write all my rants about certain things I'm angry or happy about. Sometimes, I write whats popular today and hopefully if I don't loose my commonplace book I can compare it to things in the future. I try to write everyday!

I want to have a commonplace book soon! I was thinking like a marble notebook, or a black, medium, spiral, like Isadora's!

Anything I feel like putting in it. Nothing really related to the books, but I try to put down anything that I think will be interesting if I look back on it in at least a year. Facts, feelings, stories, poems. Things like that.
My book is pink striped (of which I'm sure that neither Lemony nor the Baudelaires would approve, but it was the right size and shape) and says "Notebook" on the front. Very original.

I have sort of commonplace folder (blue) in which I have pieces of paper where I write down the solutions to code, profiles of characters and objects (like the sugar bowl) and general useful information. As soon as I find a blank notebook, I'm going to start a commonplace book for my own real life.

I have sort-of a pad where I write down my poems and stuff. Recently it's been filled with poems about the *sniffs* tragedy(you know... the.........tsunami.......... I've finally said the word! I coudn't say it for a few days since a friend perished..). *sigh* I'm getting out-of-subject am I? ;D

I'm sorry about your friend.
If you want to keep a commonplace book about ASOUE in order to keep track of information, clues, etc. then there is no better place to do it than The Blank Book supplement to the series. It's a little more expensive than a regular journal or notebook but it's not too bad. I kept one in there over the summer with every VFD-related clue in the series, including LSUA. No time now, unfortunately.

Hmmmm. I keep several notebooks. I'm trying to finish them, and I have plans to start a commonplace/record book. My friends and I started a club of Very Fine Discussors., in which we discuss things - it only makes sense that we should keep records of our theories.

I bought the Blank book and mostly use it for jotting down the anagrams, little leads in the book series, and the page numbers of important info so I can find it quickly.

I suppose you could call this notebook I had as one. It wasn't ASoUE though, it was filled with named that I love and created, um songs that I'd written and a couple of scattered poems. I would sit down in a silent place and just let go of myself and express myself in poems and songs. Sadly, my mum cleaned up and when she cleans up she throws things away and puts things away so that I can never find them again.

I have a commonplace book, but it's not ASoUE related. I just jot down random notes, poems, etc. in it. And it's black, because black rocks. ;D

Yeah, I'd really like to start one soon...I use The Blank Book as a journal though...I'd prefer a regular notebook for my commonplace book. BTW, does anyone know what colour Quiqley's commonplace book is??

I have a Blank Book, but I never got around to writing much in it. However, I have a black notebook, one of those Day-Planners, with a green VFD insignia painted on the cover. I record all sorts of things in it, and write down various ideas that come to mind.
