Given the incredibly cheap price, I'd say it's one of those little decorative strips of paper they put on bookshelves at bookstores sometimes to advertise a particular book or series.

Good gods, what's there to say? It's a little strip of card saying on it "Name of series here!!1 Buy now!" with a small picture, perhaps, that runs across the length of the shelf.

I suppose it might, if you could get hold of one and if they are what I think they are.

I'll save everyone else the trouble of investigating that flood of supposedly mysterious links.
The first two(and the sixth and eighth) look like mistakes on the site's part, the third and fourth are apparently sets of TPP stickers(a promo I hadn't heard of), the fifth, a bookmark(could be one we've seen before). Then more bookmarks. Then some postcards I haven't heard of, and a T-shirt. The "countdown card", I assume, was something like the Slippery Slope countdown thing.
"Library", I understand, refers to "library binding", which I think basically consists of a plastic cover over the dust jacket, possibly with a label on it, used in libraries.
In conclusion, those products aren't really all that mysterious, and some of them are clearly just error pages. Or promos we've probably heard of elsehwere.

If by "mystery" you mean "completely obvious facts which are actually stated and the items are merely out of stock or were never put up," then yes, there's certainly quite a mystery there. This one is, perhaps, the only mysterious one, but it's probably a cancelled collection of books, or a collection of the series by an alternative publisher that was deleted, or an Amazon mistake. A pack of the books by an alternative U.K. publisher, as they apparently had in the past before Egmont basically took over. These are window stickers, as promos for TPP by U.K. publisher of the books Egmont, appropriately enough for the U.K. Amazon. It says so right on the page; it's not hidden or anything. More Egmont TPP stickers. An Egmont aSoUE bookmark. Egmont's 2004 aSoUE calendar. A pack of 4 TPP bookmarks by, who'd have thought it, Egmont! TMM by another publisher. More Egmont TPP bookmarks. A TPP t-shirt by Egmont, probably one of the bar-code ones that I own and which I've mentioned quite a few times elsewhere, go look. A TPP poster by Egmont. A card presumably with some kind of a countdown to TPP as a promotion, by Egmont. A library binding of B13. They're on Amazon.co.uk for every book. The only mystery is why none of these Egmont promos have ever appeared in bookstores I've visited - I only have the t-shirt because Egmont sent a bunch to a certain bookstore in apology for not getting the books to them by October 18th. Edit: Yes, thank you, Antenora. And you know, I really don't think there's anything more to say here. Locked.
