I am confident that the U.A. was released between THH and TCC. The Rare Edition of The Bad Beginning came out, I understand, the same day as TSS, and TBL came about a month before The End. Just in case anyone's confused.

According to the copyright date on UA, it was published between books 8 and 9.
Edit: Just realized what you actually meant. I'm not sure. I already had TPP when I got UA, so I'll say TPP.
