LOL, Anternora *hopes he gets it right* I would say if you believe in that theory, it becomes faith, which I consider a religion. And we did not go to war spending 2billion+ for some oil. Iraq has terrorist over there, and they need to be destroyed. ALL of Iraq needs to be destroyed because SOME of the people are terrorists? Weak. Really weak. If I am not mistaken, the current reason for being in Iraq is to liberate them. Though, I have my doubts.

*Applauds* And Sam- if some country were attacking us, and kept bombing us and killing millions and millions of people, are we not going to go to war? War is good then, because it's defending us from those people... Yeah... And I know with Iraq it's a whole different story, but still. I agree with Bush. The world would be a more peaceful place if Iraq were a free country. Hey, wow. Kerry is all for a free Iraq too. Try coming up with something they disagree on that you think Bush has a better plan about... Plus we haven't been attacked by any country, have we? Bin Laden and his group are the ones who attacked us, not Iraq. And if you make the argument for "well, they were a threat to us", they were far less threatening than North Korea and Iran, who actially DO have nuclear weapons.

Faith is: Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence.Since evolution is supported by physical evidence, it isn't faith. It's science, even if we aren't 100% sure of it.

What Republican logic that is--and I've had it applied to me. Sure, I dislike Bush and I'm not exactly brimming with patriotic enthusiasm, but that doesn't mean I hate America. I love my country but fear my government. Regarding the oil, I think we depend too much on the middle East because of it, and should start looking at alternative (and less polluting) energy sources. John Kerry and John Edwards will put America on the path towards energy independence. They will harness the full force of American optimism and ingenuity to invest in new technologies and alternative fuels, create tax incentives that help automakers produce more fuel efficient cars, and reward the consumers who buy them. We invented and built the cars we drive today - we can invent and build the cars we drive tomorrow, too.
The Kerry-Edwards plan will increase energy conservation and create clean, renewable sources of energy that no terrorist can sabotage and no foreign government can seize. Their plan will also save billions by cutting waste and pork-barrel spending in Washington.
Source: www.johnkerry.com/issues/energy/J: Sounds good, but will he be able to do it?

First of all, we had one attack, that killed about 3,000 people--a tragedy, indeed, and we should go after the person who attacked. But did we? No. We went after Iraqw. It was bin Laden, etc who who attacked.

Iraq has terrorist over there, and they need to be destroyed. Well, it certainly does now. Whether it did before... Now there's the issue, as J. pointed out. I think.

Veronica, W.H.A.T are you talking about? I form my political views from my religion. I don't think if you vote against Bush, you'll end up in hell. if you do not trust jesus christ as your savior, you will end up in hell. p.s. if you want to know how to trust jesus, just pm me.

Umm, bringing the topic of the PRESIDENTS back into this thread, Bush will drive us into the ground. Taxes are higher and we're fighting a war against peopel that don't want us there! Why are we so bent over "liberating" Iraq? Why did we get involved. Sure, 9/11, and that's all well and good, but have there been any attacks since? No. Are we making any progress over there? No. Does Kerry know how to clean this up? Probably. With Bush in office, it'll all just be about a war that doesn't matter in the first place! They have ben killing each other over there for millions of years! Jsut let them dela with it themselves until they finally stop acting like children and SHARE JERUSALEM FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Ok, I kind of brought back the religous topic there. But I have made my point. *steps off the podium*
