The Book only states that, "there is more than one Beatrice," so how many are their. I believe three, The one which Lemony was in love with, the one that mothered the Baudelaire children, and the One who was raised by the Baudelaire children.
Support is little but i do have a few quotes that help.
Firstly; the children say that their mother attended the play, but was not in it, the actors killed each other on stage, so there is no waying of knowing if Beatrice was an actor or a member of the audiance who was placed to kill during the final melee.
Secondly; Beatrice that Lemony loved is described as a trainer as bats, it is never said in the ASoUE that the Baudelaire parents ever had anything to do with bats,
Thirdly; LS to BB #5: Question Two: "I embarrased you by telling you that, in front of R. and B. and others." Therefore it is plauseable that the was not speaking to Beatrice, but a nother person with similiar intials.
Well tear it to ribbons.

Another thing that suggest that theory is that in an interview, Daniel Handler was asked if Beatrice was the mother of the Baudelaires, and he answered that there was some truth in that, but not completely. Also, the one who lemony loved and the Baudelaire parents were listed as different people in TGG.

Firstly; the children say that their mother attended the play, but was not in it, the actors killed each other on stage, so there is no waying of knowing if Beatrice was an actor or a member of the audiance who was placed to kill during the final melee. I believe that's a reference to the actual plot of the opera in question, La Forza del Destino, in which the characters do indeed slaughter each other in the final act. As far as I'm aware, the actors are not required to literally slaughter each other. If two villains happened to be acting in the play, though, their death scenes would be a good time to assassinate them without anyone knowing, don't you think? Probably because he only came up with the idea - or more likely, the baticeer anagram, and then the idea - when writing TBL. I personally think that Handler changed his mind throughout the series as to whether Beatrice was going to be the Baudelaire mother or not; when it was first spoiled that there would be multiple Beatrices, several of us leapt to the conclusion that this would be used to explain all the confused Beatrice references, but in reality the second Beatrice was a completely new character who existed only in the future, not the past. You could argue, though, that to say "Beatrice is the Baudelaire mother" cannot be entirely true as there are two people with the same name who are not both the Baudelaire mother; similarly, Lemony's listing of people Captain Widdershins spoke to in TGG may be redundant by listing both the woman Lemony loved and the Baudelaire parents, but may be the best method of referring to the dual roles Beatrice played as far as Lemony was concerned. Edit: Don't feel like I'm putting down your theories or anything; you should free to speculate. There are a lot of holes in aSoUE, and we're allowed to fill them in whatever way makes most sense to us.

The Baudelaires' mother and the woman Lemony loved are probably the same person. Plus, there's Kit's child.

The boat that Carmelita had in TPP and that the Baudelaires used to reach and leave the island was called the Beatrice (although it had been renamed Olaf, and then renamed again Carmelita). It was built by Bertrand Baudelaire.
