I just love the word Neat-O. This is more for girls since I'm a girl and would give out better advice to girls because I'm not a boy! neat - adjective - Slang. Wonderful; terrific: That was a neat party.
So, it means that... the -o doesn't change the definition, it just makes it more fun to say.
