did anyone figure out or was i just to lazy to decode why there where people from the childrens lives in TPP please someone tell methis has been bugging me......

Sir and Charles were invited to the hotel by J.S. - although they may have been two entirely different J.S.s. The Prufrock Prep. teachers were invited by Esmé Squalor "and her boyfriend." We can probably extrapolate from that that most of the characters were lured to the hotel by either J.S. or Olaf, for the purposes of either giving evidence in the criminal trial, or being murdered so that they could never give evidence.

I agree with Dante. It was essentially, a chain of events.

Of course, I think the out-of-universe reason for this was to bring most everyone the Baudelaires knew from the past back for the finale. It does seem like, from The Carnivorous Carnival onward, deja vu has played a recurring theme.
