I really need your help! You know Mr.Snicket's e-mail is not lemonysnicket@harpercollins.com. I really want to know his new e-mail. I have already written few letters to him but now I can't send my letters to him now. If someone knows his e-mail, PM me, please! I will be very grateful to you!

You really think that his real e-mail address is going to be available publicly online, or that anyone who did know it would post it? The whole reason for the HarperCollins address is that a noted author like Snicket would get dozens of e-mails a day and his inbox would become unuseable if he didn't have both a public, promotional e-mail address, and a private, personal one. It's also a matter of privacy, the same way if you wanted to write a physical letter to him then you'd have to send it to a HarperCollins address and they'd forward it on, or more likely have their staff look through it first.
Handler hasn't changed his e-mail, and the HarperCollins address isn't not his address. They're ways of handling the large volume of fan mail or spam mail that any author, particularly one of his prominence, would receive. And that's the category your letters would fall into, since you are neither a personal friend nor a work colleague of Mr. Handler's. It's the public address or nothing.
