I am not sure and I looked at TPP cover. You know I think that lady in pink who is standing on the right could be Mrs Morrow. Mrs Morrow seems to like pink. This woman can't be Esme because Esme was wearing a bikini in TPP. I used to think this woman is Colette because in Russian editions in TPP, chapter 9, page 250 there is a picture of Colette who looks very similar with the lady in pink. But now I sure this woman definitely not Colette because woman looks very proud and Colette is a shy person due to her behavior in TCC. This woman is wearing beautiful expensive coat with feathers and seems to be rich and Colette was wearing a medical coat in TPP and she doesn't seems to be rich enough to buy such coat. This woman is chubby and Colette is described a slim girl. But Mrs Morrow seems to like pink and she was in hotel so she could be that lady in pink. I don't know if there are any pictures of Morrow in American or British editions but I suspect this woman can be Morrow. What do you think?

I agree, this could well be Mrs. Morrow

Mrs. Morrow is described, in both TVV and TPP, as wearing a bright pink bathrobe, which is not entirely inconsistent with the character you refer to, although unless Helquist were to tell us so or be asked, we have no way of knowing if any of the characters on TPP's cover are meant to be ones we know - for my money, I think Helquist likes drawing crowd scenes of miscellaneous figures, personally. And one of these days you should scan some of the more interesting pictures of the Russian editions, colette; it'd be interesting to see their take on things.

But sometimes Helquist's illustrations don't match the descriptions of characters. On the British cover in TCC Olivia has got black hair, although in the chapter 7 it is stated that she is blonde.

Yes, there are inconsistencies, but I don't think you can just assume an inconsistency to support a theory of your own. Only Helquist knows if the non-Baudelaire characters on TPP's cover are meant to be anyone.

She is blonde but in TCC, Lemony also mentions she was wearing a wig.

It's been a while since I've read TPP, but isn't it actually stated that Mrs. Bass is wearing the same blonde wig that Olivia wore? Or was that Kevin, (or Hugo? Can't remember which one) who wore a long blonde wig when disguised as a female laundry maid? Was that the same as Olivia's?

Olivia wasn't wearing a blonde wig; her actual hair was blonde and hidden beneath her turban.

Okay, okay... off topic completely, but does anyone else see some sort of possible familial resemblance between Olivia and Georgina Orwell... married name? I don't know... it would relate her to the story more I guess

Well Friday, Thursday, Olivia and Miranda are all related so its already a pretty big family chain, but Orwell could be related...
Oh, and I don't know if it would be Mrs Morrow because she has a feather in her hat which has an eye on it. On the first picture though there is a women that looks like "Mrs Morrow" on the front cover. I think the women on the right in the blue might be Justice Strauss though...

But I thought it was the wig Olaf wore when he was disguised as Shirley.
